My child is starting school—how does this class fit into their routine?
Our Pre-Primary classes are tailored to keep energy light and fun after a big day at school, helping them transition into structured dance without feeling overwhelmed.
Do we need specific dance shoes for Pre-Primary?
Yes, dancers will need basic shoes for their styles (like pink ballet slippers or tap shoes). We’ll give you a quick checklist so you know exactly what to grab.
Can my child try different styles before deciding?
Absolutely! We encourage young dancers to explore ballet, jazz, or acro to find what brings them the most joy.
The owners of KICO Dance Studios have created a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for all of their students. Over the past 2 years I have seen a massive improvement in my confidence as a person as well as a dancer. They have helped me grow into the dancer I am today and provide opportunities for myself and all students at KICO to expand their abilities whilst stepping outside of their comfort zones. I couldn’t ask for better owners. 💙

My daughter has absolutely thrived at KICO, her teachers are nothing short of amazing, supportive and nurture each student in the class. No matter how many times our little ones cried or turned away in the beginning the Amelia and jasmine persisted and now we have a great group of little dancers who look forward to dancing and seeing their friends each week. Props to Kirralee and Chloe for building such a great community at the bloc. Would definitely recommend and absolutely love the bloc community.
